1. When can I get a quotation?

We usually provide a quotation within 4 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you need the price urgently, please call us or indicate it in your email, and we will prioritize your inquiry.

2. How to ship the goods?

For goods under FOB terms, the buyer shall designate a Chinese shipping company or freight forwarder.

3. What are your delivery terms?

We accept various methods such as Ex Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), Cost and Freight (CFR), Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), etc. You can choose the most convenient and cost-optimal option.

4. What is the delivery time?

If the product you need is in stock, we will arrange shipment within 3-5 days after receiving your advance payment. If the product you need is out of stock, we will arrange production as soon as possible. Usually, the shipment will be completed within 7-15 days.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

5. What about the transportation cost and time efficiency?
